Free Shipping Australia-Wide

Every Halden order ships free, Australia-wide, with tracking included — no minimum spend.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2–6 business days to most metro areas, and up to 8–10 business days for regional and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking to begin updating.

Plugs & Electrical Safety

All mains-powered products are supplied with Australian (AS/NZS) plugs and are made for the Australian 230V supply. Hardwired fixtures such as ceiling lamps should be installed by a licensed electrician.

Battery-Powered Items

Cordless and rechargeable items contain built-in lithium batteries and are shipped in line with carrier safety regulations, which may occasionally add minor handling time.
