Products & Pricing

We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Shipping is free Australia-wide, and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the total you will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Halden may accept or decline any order at its discretion, and an order is not accepted until we confirm it and your payment has cleared. When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.

Accuracy of Information

Product colours and images are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to screen settings. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Electrical Safety & Installation

Our products are intended for normal indoor use, or outdoor use where expressly stated. Hardwired fixtures, such as our outdoor wall light, should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a product's voltage is compatible with their local electrical supply before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halden is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, incompatible voltage, or misuse of a product.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship free and tracked, exclusively within Australia. We do not currently ship to international destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in line with our Refund & Return Policy, which also sets out our 30-day warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos and the Halden name — is the property of Halden or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halden is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
