These Terms of Service govern your use of haldenhomes.com and any purchase you make from Halden. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Shipping is free Australia-wide, and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable.

Orders

When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.

Accuracy of Information

Product colours and images are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to screen settings. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Electrical Safety & Installation

Our products are intended for normal indoor use, or outdoor use where expressly stated. Hardwired fixtures, such as our outdoor wall light, should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a product's voltage is compatible with their local electrical supply before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halden is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, incompatible voltage, or misuse of a product.

Shipping

We ship exclusively within Australia and do not currently ship to international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and full details.

Returns

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in line with our Refund & Return Policy, which also sets out our 30-day warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Halden name and logo — is our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halden is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
