Refund & return policy

At Halden we want you to love every piece in your home. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email info@haldenhomes.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs
If an item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage within Australia.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

12-Month Warranty
All Halden products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — and, for electrical items, electrical faults — under normal use. If a product develops a fault within this period, email info@haldenhomes.com with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it before it ships.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
